Project overlooking the Burj Khalifa

Baccarat is a 43-storey project of apartments and hotel residences in the center of Dubai. The architecture was designed by one of the most famous architects in the world, Studio Libeskind – angular outlines outline an intricate shape against the backdrop of Dubai's skyscrapers, giving the project a uniqueness that contrasts with the environment. The building is formed by four prismatic branches, providing an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa to the northwest and the Dubai skyline to the south.

Between New and Old Dubai

Baccarat is located in the heart of Dubai, a prestigious cultural and urban hub with easy access to world-renowned institutions, arts venues, fine dining and world-class entertainment. Situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, the project provides easy access to new and Old Dubai, including iconic skyscrapers and colorful cultural landmarks.

Tourist and business center

The Downtown area serves as both a business center due to the location of the offices of world companies, and a tourist area where the sights of the emirate are concentrated. Among the most notable buildings are Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall.
